Kelly Humphries

Kelly Humphries

CEO

Ms. Humphries graduated Texas A&M University in 2002, she has over 10 years of civil engineering experience with a particular emphasis in hydrology and hydraulic studies and design for roadway and bridge projects. Her experience includes flood control, drainage analysis, mitigation planning, and storm sewer design. Kelly also has 5 years of experience in industrial procurement and project management.

CFO

Ms. Parent graduated from Texas A&M University in 2003, she has over 9 years of experience in Hydrology and Hydraulics for municipalities in the greater Houston area. Her experience includes drainage studies, impact analysis, FEMA submittals, floodplain mapping, unsteady modeling, drainage plan preparation, and NPDES work.


Jennie Almerico

Jennie Almerico

VP Water/Wastewater

Jennie has over 15 years of experience in planning, design, and rehabilitation of water system and wastewater facility infrastructure improvements. She also has extensive experience in water and wastewater operations, capital improvement planning, and asset management. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University. She is an active member of WEAT and currently serves on the State Executive Board.

Jose De La Pena

Jose has experience with various phases of the storm water management process including; feasibility studies, planning studies, and preliminary design. His background includes hydrologic and hydraulic studies, drainage master planning, closed conduit design, open channel design, culvert and bridge crossing analysis, bridge scour analysis, flood insurance studies, detention design, and roadway drainage design.

Dedra Ecklund

Dedra Ecklund

Project Manager

Dedra has over 10 years of experience in the design and management of sanitary sewer rehabilitation, public utilities, drainage and detention, and single family development. She also has extensive experience in the management of municipal utility districts, preparation of bond applications and capital improvement plans. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University. She is a volunteer judge for the Montgomery County Science Fair.
